You can cancel your Hay subscription in the store where you bought it:
Android (Google Play)
1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap your profile photo
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
4. Select the Hay subscription and cancel
iOS (App Store)
1. Open the Settings app
2. Tap your name → Subscriptions
3. Select the Hay subscription and cancel
(You can also open App Store → profile photo → Subscriptions.)
Notes
1. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or the store may charge the next period.
2. After you cancel, the current paid period stays available until it ends. We do not refund the current period.
3. Deleting the Hay app or your Hay account does not cancel the store subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
